Beds were hard.

I enjoyed the a nice size and well-kept room and its huge bathroom. The breakfast available was incredible and satisfactory with even a way to soft boil an egg for yourself, ham, cheese. The service was very good.

Beautiful location just steps from Omaha Beach.

Unfortunately, I encountered a few disappointments . The lack of coffee or tea facilities in the room was frustrating. The service at breakfast could really benefit from improvement as it felt a bit unorganized, and the quality of food left much to be desired.

The hotel is definitely recommended to others. Everything is very good, we loved this venue. Well-kept modern rooms, they are provided with a large balcony and private bath in an annex to the main house, for instance. The location is excellent and perfectly comfortable, plus there was a free parking. The attached restaurant is good place to hang out, for lunch.

The restaurant was fab, serving some of the best home-cooked meals, and breakfast featured fresh pastries and local cheeses. The location is perfect, just a hop and skip from Omaha Beach.

We loved everything, but figuring out the shower was a bit of a puzzle-the nozzle needs a gentle pull to redirect the flow!

The location was unbeatable, steps away from Omaha Beach. Walking there at sunrise was amazing. The family room we had was perfect for our kids, with separate sleeping areas. The backyard area kept them entertained with a play space. The restaurant? A hidden gem! We dined there three nights in a row because the food was exquisite and surprisingly affordable. On the downside, we had a bit of confusion with our table reservation during dinner when they didn't find it listed, though they still accommodated us. The warm atmosphere and attentive staff.

My wife says that a refrigerator in the room would be helpful.

The hotel's cabin-style bungalows create a relaxing atmosphere, and the spacious ground floor rooms with terrace access overlook a lovely lawn area. Dining was a highlight, with generous portions and good local dishes. Wi-Fi issues were a minor setback during the stay.

This was just a perfect match for a brief pause in Saint-Laurent-sur-Mer with great value for the money. The balcony overlooking the woods was a sun trap. Try to get a room with a view for the best experience.
